PAR Systems Moves OakRiver Technology to its Shoreview, MN Headquarters
OakRiver Technology moves operations from Oakdale, Minnesota to join sister company PAR Systems in Shoreview, Minnesota
SAINT PAUL, MN, May 8th , 2023 – PAR Systems, a leading provider of automated assembly, advanced manufacturing, and critical handling solutions, has recently moved its life science operations, formerly known as OakRiver Technology to its Shoreview, MN facility. OakRiver Technology was acquired by PAR Systems in 2012 and had since continued operations in its Oakdale, MN facility. PAR consolidated operations into its Shoreview headquarters, where all Minnesota operations can be performed at the same location.

As part of the merge, PAR installed a 2,000 square foot clean room in their Shoreview facility, allowing operations to meet the specifications of clean manufacturing spaces often needed in life science and semiconductor industries.

The physical move also continues the move toward a merging of the brands. Over the course of 2023, OakRiver Technology will adopt the PAR Systems name and brand and will continue all operations as PAR Systems. These changes will not have any effect on our customer experience, however, OakRiver Technology customers may notice a PAR Systems logo on new life science automation machines in the future.
