OakRiver’s expertise was in supplying automation equipment to leading medical device companies and complex manufacturing operations.  After years as a wholly-owned subsidiary, OakRiver Technology merged under the PAR Systems brand in 2019.  Operations continued in Oakdale, MN, in addition to utilizing the PAR Systems’ facilities in Shoreview, MN for capacity expansion. In 2023, we fully consolidated OakRiver’s operations into our Shoreview, MN campus, promoting synergy and innovation across all areas of the business. This move brings customers a complete solution for complex manufacturing needs and has helped support business growth. 

As a key element of this integration, we are excited to announce that OakRiver Technology is now officially adopting the PAR Systems name. This rebranding effort underscores our commitment to presenting a unified identity to our customers. In the near future, customers familiar with OakRiver Technology can anticipate seeing only the PAR Systems logo and name on new automation machines, official documents, and all communications.
